Admission to Satyak

Five simple steps, and our team is with you at each one. The easiest way to start is a WhatsApp message.

How Admission Works

Five simple steps, from your first call to the day your parent moves in.

  1. Call or WhatsApp Us

Tell us about your parent and what worries you most.

Share any recent prescriptions or a hospital discharge summary on WhatsApp, so our doctor can prepare.

  2. Visit the Home

Meet the team, see the rooms and ask anything.

Bring your parent if you can. You are welcome to visit more than once before deciding.

  3. Doctor's Assessment

Our doctor understands your parent's health and needs.

This tells us, and you, honestly whether Satyak is the right place.

  4. Care Plan and Quote

We share a plan for your parent and a personalised quote.

The quote depends on the room type, the care needed and the length of stay.

  5. Moving In

We agree a day, and your parent settles in with us.

Familiar things from home, like photos or a favourite shawl, help a new resident feel at home.

Questions Families Ask

How Does Admission Work?

Call or WhatsApp us, visit the home, and our doctor assesses your parent's needs. We then share a care plan and a personalised quote, and agree a day for your parent to move in.

How Much Does It Cost?

The cost depends on the room type, the level of care your parent needs and the length of stay. We share a personalised quote after the doctor's assessment. Call or WhatsApp us to start.

Can My Parent Come for a Short Stay First?

Yes. Short stays are a good way for your parent to settle in and for you to see our care before deciding on anything longer.

Can You Admit Someone Urgently, for Example After a Hospital Discharge?

Please call us, and send the discharge summary on WhatsApp. Our doctor will tell you what your parent needs and how soon we can admit them.
