This notice explains what information Satyak Assisted Living collects through this website, why, and how we look after it.

What We Collect

When you book a visit or send a referral, we collect what you type into the form: your name, phone number, your relationship to the person who needs care, the type of care and any notes you add. This can include health information about your family member, so we treat it with special care.

Why We Collect It

Only to respond to your enquiry: to call you back, plan your visit and discuss your family member's care. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Who Can See It

Satyak's admissions and medical team. Forms are delivered and stored through our website host, Cloudflare, which processes them on our behalf.

How Long We Keep It

For as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any care that follows, then we delete it unless the law requires us to keep it.

This website does not use tracking cookies.
