Dementia Care in Aundh, Pune

Calm, structured days for people living with dementia, with a psychiatrist who visits every working day and nurses round the clock.

What We Do

Living with dementia changes how a person sees the world. At Satyak we try to understand that world rather than argue with it, and we build each day around what your parent can still enjoy.

How We Care for a Person with Dementia

Getting to Know Your Parent. Before admission our doctor assesses your parent’s memory, health, medicines and daily habits. We ask you about the things that comfort them, from a favourite song to the way they like their tea.

A Calm, Familiar Routine. Days at Satyak follow the same rhythm, with meals, rest, activity and medicines at familiar times. A predictable day lowers anxiety for people living with dementia.

Support for Agitation and Sundowning. Many people with dementia become restless or confused in the late afternoon and evening. Our attendants know the signs and respond with patience: a quieter room, a walk, a familiar activity, a reassuring voice. When medicine is needed, a psychiatrist prescribes and reviews it.

Keeping Residents Safe. Our staff are with residents day and night, so that someone is close by if a resident wanders or becomes unsettled.

Activities That Keep Minds Engaged. Drawing, painting, group games, music and celebrations give each day a purpose and a reason to smile.

Families Stay Involved. You are always part of your parent’s care. We keep you updated and talk with you before any important decision.

A person with memory loss can still live a meaningful and joyful life. Our job is to make that possible, every day.

Questions Families Ask

Can You Care for Someone with Advanced Dementia?

Our doctor assesses every person before admission and tells you honestly whether Satyak can meet their needs. Call or WhatsApp us to arrange an assessment.

How Do You Handle Restlessness or Agitation?

First we look for a cause, such as pain, infection, hunger, poor sleep or an unfamiliar routine. A steady routine and patient attendants help most residents. When medicine is needed, a psychiatrist prescribes and reviews it.

Can We Visit Often?

Yes. Regular visits from family are good for residents with dementia. Ask us about the best times to visit.
