My father underwent treatment for quite some weeks in hospital. After the treatment in the main hospital was over, it was not possible to bring him home immediately. We realised he needed nursing care, so we admitted him to Satyak with multiple health issues. He was there for about three and a half months.

All the doctors, physiotherapists and the entire support team took great care of him and contributed a lot to improving his health and quality of life.

At the time of my father’s admission it was “Satyak staff”. But as the days passed, by the time of his discharge, it had changed to “Satyak Family” for us. We are thankful to the entire Satyak team and wish them all the best.

When my mother-in-law was terminally ill and was advised to be under medical supervision for the rest of her life, a close friend recommended Satyak. When we first visited to meet Dr. Baste, we had a lot of doubts about the facility and how our family member would adjust. After talking to Dr. Ninad Baste and Dr. Swati, we were convinced that it was the right choice medically.

Dr. Ninad and Dr. Swati handled the medical and emotional sides of my mother-in-law’s care so well that she started saying Dr. Ninad was better than her own children. Dr. Swati did a fabulous job of managing her diabetes by balancing her diet, always with a smiling face.

Satyak gave her the palliative care she needed, and it also changed the quality of life she led in her last year and a half. They celebrated every festival, birthday and event with such enthusiasm, involving all the residents, that the moments they created were priceless. It gave all of us in the family comfort that she was leading a happy life. The administration, financial and otherwise, is flawlessly managed by Dr. Trupti, a strong pillar of the organisation. And a big thanks to the entire caretaking staff, who work tirelessly day and night.

Thanks a ton, Satyak family. Words are not enough to describe our feelings. We will always recommend this home away from home to everyone in need.

I am very happy with the way the Satyak staff took care of my mother. She was admitted there between June and October 2022. Dr. Baste is a kind, soft-spoken and knowledgeable person. Komal, Prakash and the rest of the staff are really professional. I highly recommend it.

All the staff understand these tricky conditions and the importance of care. Regular light activities and timely assessment help residents recover. They provide care for dementia, Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and other conditions that need special care and attention around the clock.

Very nice place for senior citizens. They provide elderly care, physiotherapy, care for people with disabilities, an attendant system and nursing care for both men and women.
